ive been having the runs lately. since tues. probably ate something wrong. its a terrible feeling... imagine going every few hours. im dehydrated. i reaaaaly shld go see a doc and should abstain from any drink that contains milk!..
for all girls out there! i just got tips on huw to prevent/reduce the pains of menstrual cramps! according to my ballet mates. (:
1) Do not drink cold drinks (ok that is known)
2) Abstain from drinks containing any milk products! (now thats smth new)
3) when cramping, u can boil red dates with black sugar and drink it.. it soothes the pain. (: yummy too.
4) eat evening primrose 1 week before. two tablets before every meal.
im gonna try that next month. hahhaha...
i made it through the 2 tests this week. ibme was ok... made silly mistakes as usual... today's eps1-electronic practical skills 1 was fun! should be able to pass.
today was the first ballet rehersel for "reflections of passions". i cant seem to get back that ballet feel. but the dance is very flowi. and graceful. only 6 dancers. so if i make a mistake its gonna be reaaaaly obvious.
attending the chi orchestra's performance tmr. haha to cheer on chee-ko-pek. haha. hes gonna do a solo. exciting. (:
parents coming back on sun!! yea. (: im gonna get to hear mummy's constant nagging again. yippee!
wore my nike cap today! haha totally in love with it. just so comfy to hide under it... school has been pretty fun. with my classmates and all. also with the brothers. so funny. they appear so mischevious and all but when it comes to relationship and girls they are realy serious. nesh and alvin. andy is marching towards his 17 yrs of single hood. hhaa and kenneth... i dunno wads he up to with jean. everybody is so disturbed by relationships but im troubled over school work. wrong channel.
i love my boater. keep rowing. (:
s'pore is really small. on my way back frm ballet i saw shaun on the bus. bestie. haha. i just love the sajc uni. gonna help him on mon with smth sweet for the girl he likes. =) its gonna work out great.
i need a bath badly. sis get outta the toilet!!
